| Our maintenance team will provide routine maintenance to the all kitchen appliances, all plumbing fixtures, and electrical outlets. Residents can call our hotline number 1-888-851-STAR (7827) or complete a service request on line. During business hours the hotline is answered by our professional staff and a service request is immediately sent to the service technician at your community. After hours, the hotline is answered by voice mail. Residents may leave a message for nonemergency requests to be addressed within 24 hours. For after hours emergency service residents can still contact the STAR line. The will dispatch a technician with one hour. After hours emergencies are no heating if outside temperatures are below 50 degrees no air-conditioning if outside temperatures are above 95 degrees commode stoppage in an apartment with one bathroom no electrical service to an entire room water leaks on flooring or carpeting Any time a service technician works in your home, a written copy of the service request will be left in a visible location. I understand that all services requests are responded to within 24 hours of receipt. This may mean that the Service Technician will need to enter my apartment when I am not home.
